I. Objective:

The objective of this SOP is to standardize the sales process, from initial customer contact to closing the deal. This includes guidelines for negotiation and detailing the financing options available to customers.


II. Scope:

This SOP applies to all sales personnel of Benitez Auto Group.


III. Procedure:

1. Initial Customer Contact:

  1. Greet the customer professionally and courteously.
  2. Understand and identify the customer’s needs and preferences.
  3. Present suitable products or services to the customer.

2. Product or Service Presentation:

  1. Provide detailed information about the product or service, explaining its features and benefits.
  2. Answer any questions the customer may have.
  3. Offer a demonstration or sample if applicable.

3. Negotiation:

  1. Discuss pricing and terms of the sales agreement.
  2. Handle any objections with tact and patience, seeking to find a solution that satisfies both parties.

4. Financing Options:

  1. Present available financing options, if applicable.
  2. Explain the terms and conditions of each option.
  3. Help the customer determine the most suitable option based on their financial situation and needs.

5. Closing the Deal:

  1. Ensure the customer understands the agreement completely.
  2. Finalize the sales transaction by having the customer agree to the terms and make the payment or begin the financing process.
  3. Thank the customer for their business and invite them to return for future needs.

IV. Performance Monitoring:

Adherence to this SOP should be regularly monitored and reviewed. Customer feedback and sales data should be analyzed for continuous process improvement.


V. Document Control:

This SOP should be reviewed annually or as needed to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. Any changes must be communicated to all relevant staff.


VI. Approval:
